Esther Ouwehand (lahir 10 Jun 1976) ialah seorang ahli politik Belanda yang berkhidmat sebagai ketua Parti untuk Haiwan (Belanda: Partij voor de Dieren, PvdD) dan kumpulan parlimennya di Dewan Rakyat sejak 2019. Beliau telah menjadi ahli Dewan Rakyat sejak pilihan raya 2006.

Esther Ouwehand pergi ke sekolah menengah di Katwijk, di mana dia tamatkan vwo-nya (pendidikan prauniversiti Belanda). Dia belajar "Dasar, perhubungan dan pertubuhan" (Belanda: beleid, communicatie en organisatie) di Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, yang mana beliau tidak menamatkannya.[1]
Dia dibesarkan sebagai Protestan tetapi kini seorang agnostik. Dia ialah seorang vegan. [2]
